- SMS opt-in records: the date, time, IP address, and form context in which you provided express consent to receive text messages from us.
- Client information: if you become a client, business details (address, billing information, lead routing destination, contracts).
Information Collected Automatically
- Device and browser information (IP address, user agent, referring URL).
- Usage data via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (page visits, time on page, conversion events).
- Analytics from third-party tools we use such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to inquiries, perform market assessments, and schedule consultations.
- Send transactional and informational SMS messages when you have opted in (see Section 3).

3. SMS / Text Message Communications
When you submit a form on the Site and check the SMS consent box, you expressly opt in to receive automated text messages from Everpointe Media at the phone number you provided.
- Message types: appointment confirmations and reminders; follow-up communications regarding your inquiry; and, if you become a client, exclusive lead delivery notifications (caller name, phone number, location, and service requested).
- Frequency: appointment-related messages are typically 1–2 per inquiry. Lead delivery messages for active clients typically range from 10 to 50 per month, depending on lead volume in your market.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
- Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

- Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- No sharing of opt-in data: Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: with vendors that help us operate the Site and deliver Services (e.g., hosting providers, email/SMS platforms such as ClickSend, analytics providers, CRM software). These providers are bound to use information only as needed to provide their services.
- Clients: if you submit a lead through one of our client-facing landing pages, your contact details and request will be delivered to the contractor renting that market. This is the explicit purpose of those submissions.
- Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.
5. Cookies & Tracking
